Development of the Strategic Plan of the Autonomous Center for Studies and Capacity Building for Development in Togo (Caderdt) - Pagdsp
The services provided for under this contract include: (i) diagnosis of CADERDT's

strategic and operational performance since its creation; (ii) analysis of needs in

terms of capacity building on development themes at the national, West African and

orientations around which the Center could organize its activities over the period

and activities proposed are likely to guarantee the Centre's operating autonomy,

clear actions for the mobilization of financial, human and material resources to
