Two cycles of assessing the quality of detection of antibodies to Treponema pallidum using the methods of RMP, RPGA, and immunoblotting. 2 sets of OPC of 8 × 0.5 ml are provided. Indicators: Antibodies to cardiolipin, IgG and IgM antibodies to Treponema pallidum, specific membrane proteins of Treponema pallidum. Stabilized human blood serum, lyophilized in sealed vials screw cap and rubber stopper. The volume of OPC in the final form is 0.5 ml. Information on the stability and homogeneity of OPC: Coefficient of inter-vial variation 1.5%. the stability of the components in the restored opc at a temperature of 17 - 27°c is 24 hours, at temperature 2 - 8°c - 72 hours. storage requirements for opk: when stored in the manufacturer's packaging - no more than 24 months at a temperature of 2 - 8°c. after conversion to the final form (dissolution/opening of the bottle) - no more than 24 hours at a temperature of 17 - 27°c and not more than 72 hours at a temperature of 2 - 8°c. packaging and transportation of military-industrial complexes is allowed at ambient temperatures for no more than 30 days. shelf life of opk is until 11.2026
