Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Detailed inspection of bridges, tunnels and riffles (57 items) on the Roads and Community interest landmark Community of Saint Denis, Sainte Marie and Sainte Suzanne.
3 / Main features:
The contract is divided into 2 lots
- Lot 1: Detailed inspection works located in the municipality of Saint Denis (25 items)
- Lot 2: Detailed Inspection works located in the municipalities of Sainte Marie and Sainte Suzanne (32 items)
Benefits include:
- The pre-visit the works,
- The preparatory work required for its intervention (slashing, climbing vegetation removal, ...)
- Supply and maintenance, throughout the duration of the visit of the work, the necessary access equipment (bridges, platforms, ladders, tape measure, camera, binoculars, comparators, backstage walking, etc.)
- The supply, implementation and maintenance, throughout the duration of the visit of the work, temporary signage site required for the operation,
- The administrative procedures for obtaining orders of movement and various authorizations,
- Detailed inspection of structures including all equipment,
- Provision of inspection reports.

4 / TOTAL LENGTH OF THE MISSION: The turnaround time for studies is set at 3 months from the date of notification of the market.

5 - VARIATION: Variants are not permitted. If presented variant, this one will be rejected. Only the basic offer will be analyzed, provided they are well separated from the variant.
