Description of the opinion: Detailed inspection and diagnostic service of 8 construction machines for the Purical project in the northeast zone of the RCA ------------------------------------------ Important: the authenticity of the documents provided by the tenderers will be systematically verified by UNOPS. Any tenderer who will present a falsified document will be sanctioned, the sanctions which can go as far as a suspension of working with all the United Nations agencies for several years. If the tenderer does not have one of the documents requested, it is preferable to indicate it in the submission, rather than to falsify the document and risk sanctions.
