Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of Gold Processing Plants to Ngali Mining Ltd
a) Purchasing a bidding book 30, 000 Rwf and paying this money on account no: 7022791 Zigama CSS Account or GTB BANK: 211/197391/1/5100/0 RWF 197391/2/5114/0 USD Account
b) Bid security of 1 000 000 Rwf (1000$) each lot) or 2 000 000 Rwf or 2000$ for both lots (bid security should be offered by competent commercial banks or insurance companies.
c) Bid security of two million 1 000 000 Rwf or 1000$ for those bidding for only one lot and 2 000 000 or (2000 $) USD for those bidding for both lots issued by a competent bank or an insurance Company
d) Manufacturers authorization issued by the manufacturer (stamped and signed in original)
e) The submitted envelope should be well-sealed bids presented in 3 copies one of which marked original, it should be submitted to Ngali Mining Procurement office at Bodifa Mercy House, Floor 7 at Kimihurura to the above address not later than Monday 31st January at 10 am.
During opening ceremony, only technical offer will be opened. Financial offer bids will be kept until technical offer evaluation is done. Financial offers will be opened only for those bidders who will have passed technical evaluation.
