The tendered scanner system is intended to capture shallow water areas and land areas using 3D point clouds. The components of the system must contain all necessary elements to achieve a) RGB-colored, b) classified, c) defined accuracy and To capture and evaluate a 3D point cloud above and below the waterline (up to a defined visual depth) with resolution, d) defined point density at certain flight parameters. The carrier system is a drone of the type DJI Matrix 400 is used. The drone as such, Windows PC, the necessary GNSS reference station and access to the corresponding correction data are available on the AG side and are therefore NOT part of the tender. With the help of the system, small areas recorded above and below the water surface using drones. The scanner must be operated in such a way that the user or the client does not require any additional requirements with regard to extended eye safety (ENOHD (Extended Norminal Ocular Hazard Distance)). measures must be taken.
