The subject of the tender is the delivery and implementation of a digital test field in the form of digital parking space monitoring including access and flow control as well as the delivery of a slot management system for the transshipment terminals in the port of Duisburg. The order is to be divided into 2 separate partsLots will be awarded at a flat-rate fixed price:
- Lot 1 Delivery and implementation of a system for digital parking space monitoring.
- Lot 2 Delivery of a slot management system to regulate the arrival and departure of trucks to the transfer point.

NOTE: - The participation competition for lot 1 has already been completed. Submitting applications to participate in lot 1 is no longer possible -
There should be a digital test field in the form of digital parking space monitoring including access and flow control in Kombination with slot management for the transshipment terminals in the port of Duisburg.
For digital parking surveillance, a central parking lot with cameras for automatic license plate recognition (ANPR cameras) for entry and exit control as well as cameras for monitoring the area, LaSerscan systems for parking space occupancy (detectors/sensors for parking stalls), barrier systems and recording terminals for truck drivers.
