Tenders are invited for Delegation of public service for the operation of EXHIBITIONS Centre and Congress "august legros".
II.2) Text under which the agreement is concluded
Articles L. 1411-1 and following and R. 1411-1 and following of the General Code of local authorities (CGCL). The procurement procedure is an open procedure within the meaning of Corsica Ferries decision of the Conseil d'Etat (EC, December 15, 2006, Corsica Ferries, req. III.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrollment in the commercial register or profession
