Submissions received by UNDP after the above deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered. The proposed services will be examined and evaluatedbased on the completeness and compliance of the bid and compliance with the requirements set out in the RFP and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements. The bid, which meets all the requirements, satisfies all the evaluation criteria andhas the best quality / price ratio, will be selected.for the purpose of awarding the contract. Any bid that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Any difference between the unit price and the total price will be recalculated by UNDP. The unit price will prevail and the total price will be corrected.
