Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Creation of a New Yellow Fever Vaccine Manufacturing Unit in Senegal (Africamaril Project).

1. The Institut Pasteur de Dakar has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (BIsD) to finance the project to support the creation of a new yellow fever vaccine manufacturing unit in Senegal (AfricAmaril project) and intends to use part of this funding to make payments under Contract 50BI19B / C01.

2. The Institut Pasteur de Dakar requests sealed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required for the HVAC qualification mission, premises, utilities and equipment for the project. This project is located on the new urban pole of Diamniadio 40 km from Dakar. Interventions must take place with a view to production by the end of 2021 at the latest.

3. The tender procedure will be the International Call for Tenders (AOI) as defined in the directives for the acquisition of Goods, Works and Related Services within the framework of Projects financed by the BIsD, September 2018, (the "Guidelines"), and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines. Prospective candidates are also invited to read Clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of these Directives concerning the rules of the BId relating to conflicts of interest.

4. Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain information from the Institut Pasteur de Dakar by e-mail at africamaril@pasteur.sn and read the Tender documents at the address mentioned above. below 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

5. Offers must be delivered to the address below no later than February 18, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. GMT . The submission of tenders by electronic means will not be authorized. Any offer arriving after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers and those present at the address mentioned below at 12:30 GMT.
