TenderDescription
A non-refundable tender documentation fee of Five Thousand Pula (5000.00) or Two Thousand Five Hundred Pula (P2500.00) for companies wholly owned by the Youth payable in cash at the Botswana Power Corporation Headquarters, Macheng Way, Gaborone or by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Proof of payment is required upon collection of the tender documents or request to be send tender documents via email.
Tender Eligibility
This tender is open to both citizen-owned and non-citizen owned companies with the provision that non-citizen owned companies shall sub-contract a minimum of 40% of the contract net value to locally based 100% citizen-owned companies.PPADB Code 01 grade OC (Building Construction Works and Maintenance) sub code 01 (Building Construction) OR PPADB Code 03 grade OC (Civil Engineering Works) sub code 01 (Construction (Roads, Infrastructure, Airfields)); PPADB Code 02 grade OC (Electrical Engineering Works) sub code 01 (Electrical Installations) and/or sub code 02 (High voltage reticulation)
Site Visit
A compulsory site visit shall be on 26 June 2019 at the proposed Tlokweng 2 x 132/11kV 30MVA Substation & 132kV Line Turn-Ins. Bidders to assemble at BPC Transmission offices (North West Transmission Grid Conference NWTGC Boardroom) at 0900hrs on the 26th June 2019.
