The subject of the service to be awarded is the editorial support of the website as a basic service and the participation in additional RedActions meetings, the conception and execution of promotional measures and the creation of unscheduled content (texts, videos, images, graphics, audio files, animations, games, chats, apps) as optional services on call. In addition to the website, a print version of the magazine "fluter" will be published four times a year at the end of each quarteris not the subject of the service to be awarded, but the main theme of the print edition, in agreement with this, will also be used for the website where it will be prepared as described above. It is therefore necessary to coordinate the website with the print edition. For the basic service a budget of a maximum of 870, 000.00 EUR (gross) per year is available.
