Construction of a water treatment plant (WBA) at the Schwarze Elster in Plessa including trial and run-in operation. Reference Number: Order number: 2014300201

For the treatment and conditioning of mining-influenced mineral acids and highly ferric surface waters from the preflours Hammergraben is a water treatmentplant at Plessa and to operate over a period of about 1.5 years. The planned plant comprises several individual objects (eg weir plant, sampling pump, reaction and sedimentation basin, sludge thickener, sludge treatment plant, building, exterior and traffic facilities, electrical systems) as well as the entire process control technology. After commissioning the system schlThis is followed by an approx. 3-month trial run and a subsequent approx. 12-month run-in operation. During the operation of the plant, the required discharge values of the authorities are to be complied with in accordance with water-legal permission.

The WBA to be built covers an area of approx. 4 ha and is to be built on the edge of the local situation Plessa

In the framework of the construction of the WBA, the following objects are to be realized:

1) weir system (weir, drainage turbine, ice collection)

2) removal pumping station (structure, computer system, sampling pumping station (3 1 pumps, max. s), relief pumping station (3 pumps, max 6 m / s);

3) iron oxidation (reaction tank, lime plant, FHM plant, process water plant)

4) sedimentation (3x sedimentation tank (d = 40 m), EHS pumping station, service water system)

5) sludge thickening (3xmesh thickener (d = 18 m), FHM plant, Truebwasserpumpwerk)

6) Schlammentwaesserung (2xBandfilterpressen (about 1 300 kg TS / h), FHM plant, sludge conditioning and loading);

7) buildings (central machine house (about 560 m), company building (about 325 m), building Schlammentwaesserung (about 400 m), building Elektroenergiever

8) outdoor facilities (traffic facilities, waste water collection and disposal, exterior lighting, landscaping, property security)

9) outdoor and connecting lines;

10) central electric power supply (medium voltage system, low voltage main distribution, low voltage switchgear

11 ) Process control technology;

13) Commissioning of the entire system. a. fhe following trades and services:

- work plans, structural analyzes (test statics),

- concrete and steel structures,

- earthworks, infrastructure / Road,

- pipeline construction,

- Electrical maschinentechn. Equipment, electrical / measurement equipment,

- Techn .. Gebaeudeausruestung and equipment,

- Verbauarbeiten,

After commissioning of the system, a 3-month trial operation and a subsequent 12-month run-in operation (optional performance) are to be carried out, taking into account the necessary discharge criteria from the Water Permit .

Notes:

For object 12 the fThe following services are performed by third parties and are not part of the scope of services:

Baufeldumschliessung (sealing wall), Hammergraben transition, closed drainage, comprehensive construction site equipment (including electricity / water supply).

The transport and disposal / recycling of the accruing Iron hydroxide sludge (EHS) is not part of the Leist

24.5.2022: Completion of the plant construction and readiness to release the commissioning after completion of the assembly, completed removal of the defect, completed functional test

26.7.2022: Termination of commissioning

25.10.2022: Termination of the trial operation.

Proofing according to - 6a EU No. 1 VOB / A Documents to be submitted with the tender (211 EU edRequest for an offer Point 3.1):

- Entry in the professional or commercial register or craft register of the respective seat or domicile.

Tenderers who are not established in the Federal Republic of Germany must produce a certificate from their insurance agent Proofing according to - 6a EU Nr. 2c) and - 6e EU VOB / A

documents, which are compatible with the Ange(211 EU invitation to tender point 3.1):

- statement of turnover of the company in relation to the last 3 completed financial years, in so far as it relates to works and other services comparable to the service to be provided, under Inclusion of the share in contracts executed jointly with other companies



Declaration that there are no exclusion statutes according to - 6e EU VOB / A.
