provision, marking, delivery, sorting / picking up, repair / replacement of work clothing (lab coats, trousers, surgical gowns, warning vests, polo shirts, sweatshirts, thermal clothing, high visibility jackets, overalls, combi, dishtowels, towels; a total of approx. 4, 500 pieces) in approximately 56 lockers to be supplied by the contractorHessisches Landeslabor

At the beginning of the contract, the workwear from the old contract to the residual value (32 536.87 EUR to 5.9.2019) by the contractor to take over.
The services are to be provided in the normal course.
When exceeding deadlines (regarding collection, delivery and the provision of work clothes in reasonable sizes) is for eachcompleted a contractual penalty of 0.5% of the part of the service which can not be used. The penalty is limited to 4% of the total amount invoiced.
Declaration of "serious miscarriage exclusion" (Declaration on procurement): if subcontractors are envisaged, it will be eligible for subcontracting by each subcontractorhen; in the case of consortia, this must be submitted by each member of the consortium.
The contract documents will be made available free of charge exclusively on the contracting platform of the state of Hesse at www.vergabe.hessen.de.
The offer must be submitted by the bidder company data. In the case of planned use of subcontractors, this is to be confirmed by the bidder, egusually submitted by each subcontractor; in the case of consortia, this must be submitted by each member of the consortium.
Furthermore, the tenderer must submit a description (concept description) of the cleaning procedure used, naming the detergent and a personal statement on data protection.
For the planned use of subcontractors, a list is requiredthe services of other companies (form 235). The undertaking from other undertakings (form 236) shall be submitted to the contracting authority only on a separate request.

As far as the use of environmentally friendly detergents and cleaners is concerned, certification (eg Nordic Swan Ecolabel, EU Ecolabel, Blue Angel or similar) is an energy management concept and as far as the quality management is concerned, a certificate according to ENISO 9001 or a concept with the contents according to EN ISO 9001 as well as proof of performance (auditing) or equivalent evidence
