Sterilization and identification of dogs and cats on the territory of the CASUD
The present consultation concerns the sterilization and identification of dog-dogs and cats-catts of owners residing on the territory of the Communaut- d'agglom-ration du Sud (CASUD).
Main Site: Towns of Tampon (97430) and in-between (97414).
IThis is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum amount of EUR 25 000 (excluding VAT) and a maximum annual amount of EUR 350 000 (excluding VAT).
Applicants must provide in support of their application:
- a letter of application with identification of the candidate or form Dc1 signed by a person authorized to engage the company (legal representative or any other personwith a delegation of power or signature established by the legal representative or his duly authorized delegate) or by all the members of the grouping in the event of a group application, - documents relating to the powers of the person authorized to commit the candidate; in the case of a grouping, the authorization of the representative to represent all the members of the group at the stage of-the application and / or the offer,
- the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership; Persons admitted to judicial reorganization or to an equivalent procedure governed by a foreign right must prove that they have been authorized to continue their activity during the foreseeable period of execution of the contract.
For the candidate, or for each member of the g(where applicable): A statement of the overall turnover and turnover of the services covered by the contract during the last three (3) financial years available.
All times indicated in this notice agree in local time. The date indicated in IV.2.7 is only indicative (date not known at the date of dispatch of this notice). It'sa service contract is awarded under the open tendering procedure applied pursuant to Article 42 of Ordinance No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 12, 25 I 1, 67, 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. Precision over the duration: The duration of each batch is one (1) year from 15.6.2018 or from the date of notification ifit comes later. Each lot is renewable twice (2) by tacit renewal, for a period of one (1) year. In case of renewal, the annual minimum amount and the annual maximum amount of each lot will also be renewed. The Adjudicator takes the decision in writing not to renew the market. He will inform the Holder of his decision by registered letteree with acknowledgment of receipt no earlier than three (3) months before the end of the period of validity of the contract. The Holder can not refuse his renewal.
