Planning, production, delivery, installation and instruction of a stationary underfloor lifting system with body jack.
Within the scope of the application for submission all of the following under Section III.1.1 bis to provide evidence, declarations and particulars (documents) referred to in the EU Notice III.1.3. For the preparation and submission of the application for participation, the forms provided by the awarding authority must be used, which are made available free of charge and without restriction in the competition entry form on the specified Internet platform.
The forms and the documents required under sections III.1.1 to III.1.3 must be included in full in the application form. All documents must be submitted electronically; required signatures are to be made by hand. Foreign applicants must provide equivalent proof of authority or institution of their country of residence. In addition sto translate these into German.
In the case of a Community of Applicants, all documents listed in section III.1.1 of the EU-wide Notice must be submitted by all members of the Community of Applicants listed in sections III.1.2 and III.1.3 of the EU-wide Notice Documents can be submitted to the bidding community as a whole.

The explanations and supporting documents required under point III.1.2) shall be provided by the tenderer or a grouping thereof or separately from each member; missing proof and explanations can be requested from the client.
