Netzverstaerkung 380-kV-Kabeldiagonale Berlin Endmast Rudolf-Wissell-Bruecke bis UW Mitte Generalunternehmerleistungen fuer Planungs-, Shaft construction, tunneling and equipment work

As part of the network reinforcement of the 380 kV cable diagonal Berlin, the construction of an underground 380 kV line between the final mast 9 at Rudolf-Wissell-Bruecke and the substation Mitte is planned by the client. The new facility will increase the transmission capacity and will replace the existing facility upon completionZen. The present functional tendering procedure includes the construction of this cable tunnel including the construction of the 4 shaft structures, 3 cable supply structures, the technical installations and all planning, coordination with authorities, line operators and other affected third parties beyond the present planning documents. For accommodation deIn the cable systems, there is an approx. 6.7 km long, underground, accessible, machine-driven tunnel tube in a depth (tunnel floor) of approx. 15 to 25 m. The tunnel structure is divided from west to east by 4 manholes into 3 successive sections. See the general explanations under point III.1.4. Of the noticet the application for participation are:

1) current extract from the commercial register or an equivalent document with foreign applicants,

2) self-declaration that the applicant does not apply any exclusion criteria according to -- 123, 124 GWB,

3) self-declaration regarding compliance with the statutory minimum wage or the collective pay schemes for all employees, to the extent applicable.

See the a1) business reports, alternatively the balance sheets (to be substantiated), most notably an income statement (to be substantiated) of the last two completed business years.

2 ) Total turnover and turnover with comparable services in the last 3 completed transactionsftsjahren. (see Applicant Questionnaire)

a) Questions and answers:

Interested companies can contact the contracting authority with questions no later than 7 calendar days before the application deadline. If the questions or answers are of general interest, they will be made available anonymously at the URL mentioned (see point I.3). All interested companiesapplicants and / or candidates are obliged to observe the questions and answers given in the URL address (see point I.3) when drafting their application to participate. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the procedure.

B) Award documents

The tender documents, which will be published with the publication of the contract notice, will be published at the time of the invitation to tendermay be specified. Announcement and at the same time callable tender documents offer in the sense of the legislator a complete basis, in order to enable interested enterprises a decision about the participation in the procedure (see justification to - 41 SektVO).

Continuation from number III.1.4) Objective rules and criteria of participation:

c) General explanations of the content of the Teiapplication for a new application (1) Current date does not mean more than 6 months from the date of expiry of the period for participation. (2) If an applicant does not submit a third-party certificate as required, eg. A comparable third-party attestation must be submitted and proof of comparability by appropriate explanation

(3) foreign applicants: These have basicallyto submit the required statements / proofs in German or in officially certified translation. If an explanation / proof can not be given, it must be justified to submit a comparable declaration / comparable proof and to explain in German, why the comparability exists.

(4) Applicant communities. These have with da request to participate must be submitted by a legally binding signed and fully completed application for joint application by all members. In particular, the aspect of compliance of the applicant community with the antitrust law must be observed. Each member of the applicant community has to submit the explanations and evidence required under III.1.1) and III.1.2)ay. For the required explanations and proofs according to number III.1.3) this is restricted, if the candidate community provides for a division of tasks and insofar z. For example, certain references may only be submitted by a candidate community member; Any submission of declarations and proofs which may be restricted shall be exhaustive by the Applicant Communityan annex to the application for a Community Notice. The same rules apply to all applicant associations as to applicants.

(5) Other companies: Applicants may use proof of suitability of other companies (suitability lending). Then, the other company must submit a pledge, according to which, in the case of an order for the applicant a concrete decompleted part of the work will be done. Both companies, which lend the suitability to the applicant (suitors and subcontractors), as well as those other companies, which the applicant would like to provide for the execution of the performance (subcontractors), are to be summarized in a list, where name and seat of the other company as well the power unit is formulated for-provided for by the other company.
