Elagage, abattage et essouchage d'arbres, entretien des accotements (defrichage, tonte et debroussaillage) et desherbage ecology on VICs and SICs in the CINOR territory
The service concerns roads and sites declared of Community interest (VIC and Sic) on a global and linear surface of 121 650 ml, with regard to VICs. With regard to the CIS, are the parks of Tamarins and Colorado, the areas of relaxation and recreation of Ilet Quinquina, Brule and Saint-Francois (commune of Saint-Denis), the leisure and recreation area of Bocage (commune of Sainte-Suzanne), the Cascade delices site and the North Coastal Trail.
The service concerns the vegetated shoulders of highways of interest (about 48.13 km) on the territory of the commune of Saint-Denis as well as on the sites classes of community interest or are concerned the trees the height of which is greater than 3 m on the Tamarins and Colorado parks, the recreation and recreation areas of Brule, Saint-Francois, Ilet Quinquina and the North Coastal Trail.
Application materials reclamees :
A) Letter of Application (Form DC1), including the declaration of honor justifying that the candidate does not enter any of the cases mentioned in the arArticle 45 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015, and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.
B) Proof of registration in the trade or profession register, or receipt of the filing with a business registration center for persons in the process of registration.n, or equivalent;
(c) Statement of the candidate's overall turnover for a maximum of the last three financial years available on the basis of the date of the establishment of the undertaking or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available.
NB: If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is not en able to produce the information requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his ability by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer (example: professional risk insurance or bank guarantees or projected balance sheets ...)

This performance contract is a call for tenders open to European publication, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 25, 66, 67, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 concerning to the public markets (order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets) This is a single-award framework agreement with issuance of purchase orders, -the latter being edited according to the needs, in accordance with the provisions of articles 78 to 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.
In application of article 38 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7 .2015 on public procurement, the contracting authority wishes to lay down implementing conditions taking into account considerations relating to the social field or-to work. To satisfy the objective of access to employment of priority public, the holder of the market will be forced to reserve a share for up to 20 hours of work in installments of EUR 5, 000 excluding VAT for services invoiced for lots 4, 5 and 6.
- Duration of the market:
The duration of the market is fixed at 12 months from the notification to the company. It can be renewed twicefor a period of 12 months in a tacit manner, unless the public person has expressly opposed this renewal by mail at least 2 months before the anniversary date of the contract. In any case, the holder can not refuse the tacit renewal of the contract.
Anticipated start date of the service: 1.8.2018.
