The market is for the supply of simulator (a marine machine simulator and a navigation simulator and GMDSS), and more precisely:
Main Site: The Port (La Reunion Maritime Learning School)
Supply, installation and maintenance of a marine machine simulatore.
- documents relating to the credentials of the persons authorized to commit the tenderer, - - letter of application (DC1) duly completed, - declaration of the candidate (DC2) duly completed.
Important: the forms DC1 and DC2 to be completed are those attached to the consultation file. They were updated following the entry into force on 1.4.2016 of the ordinance n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and the decree-n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public marches.
In case of judicial reorganization, the candidate will have to provide a copy by itself, dated and signed of the judgment of judicial recovery justifying that it is entitled to continue its activity during the foreseeable period of execution of the performance of the contract (Article 44 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016).overall turnover and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures is available,
