Rai reserves the right, should the contractual amount not be exhausted at the end of the termata contractual, to extend the duration of the relative contract for the time necessary to use the entire contractual amount. Rai also reserves the right to modify, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the code, the contract, if there is a rapid and significant technological evolution of some of the components of the products subject to supply and provided that the changes are not tolter the general nature of the contract.

i) the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

ii) the conditions pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

iii) further prohibitions to contract with the Public Administration, all according to what is specified in the tender documents. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. The procedure cannot be divided into ess lotsif necessary, acquire n. 14 identical devices.
