Supply of school writing, painting, drawing, and craft supplies to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, especially in schools. Reference Number: 2019000454 The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) Office for Education and Training (BSB) as Principal (AG), intends to conclude a framework agreement on dThe supply of school writing, painting, drawing and craft supplies.

Self-declaration on suitability: by domestic and foreign bidders, a self-declaration is to submit to the suitability. The contracting authority reserves for the bidder, who is to receive the contract, to confirm the declaration an information from the central commercial register (- 150a Gewerbeordrequest or have it requested from the Federal Office of Justice. Foreign bidders may be required to provide equivalent certification from their country of origin.
Performances of a similar nature and similar scope for the past 3 years. These may have been carried out for public as well as non-public or private-sector clients. In thesemeaningful references are in each case order scope, AG with contact person and telephone number, order year to name. (These are treated as strictly confidential by the contracting authority) For bidders who have provided FHH AG with services of a similar nature in recent years, a corresponding reference to the offers instead of the references is sufficient.

If further information or clarifications on the part of the client should become necessary in the course of the award procedure, this additional information will also be published under the link provided there. Bidders must therefore regularly check whetherhe has been given more information by the link mentioned there. 2) The client reserves the right to terminate the procedure for objective reasons. Compensation claims of the bidders are legally excluded. By downloading the tender documentn the tenderer agrees;
3) By downloading the tender documents, the tenderer undertakes to treat all documents sent to him as confidential and to protect the secret competition otherwise; this also applies with regard to the respective offer. For its part, the client will only use the tenderer's documents for the purposes of the procedure;
