This consultation concerns a 2-lot service contract for the appointment of the co-auditors composed of 2 statutory auditors and 2 additional auditors within the framework of the legal obligations of certification of the accountsand Main Consolidated SIDR.
Main Site: The main place of execution will be in the premises of the head office of the SIDR, in Saint-Denis de La Reunion.
Mission of co-audit, in order to meet the obligations legal documents on the certification of corporate and consolidated company accounts.
- letter of application or declaration of intention to tender the individual candidate andcase of grouping, the indication of the composition of the group, the name of the representative and an authorization by his co-contractors,
- if the candidate is in receivership, copy of the judgment pronounced for this purpose,
- declaration on honor (see model DC1) certifying that it is not subject to one of the bidding prohibitions as defined in Article 45 of Ordinance No2015-899 from 23.7.2015 to the public marches,
- certificate of registration with the regional company of auditors in whose jurisdiction the home of the auditor is located (or defaulted to the national company of the commissioners accounts) during the submission of tenders,
- certificate on the honor of not being in a situationincompatibility with respect to the profession of auditor. - list of the principal services provided during the last 3 years, indicating the amount, the date and the public or private recipient. The services provided are proven by certificates from the addressee or, failing this, by a declaration from the economic operator, - proof of liability insurance.and the professional risks up to date,
- indication of the annual turnover of the last 3 years.
