The project Phoenix is a strategic project at DB Training, the education provider of Deutsche Bahn.
DB Training is the service provider for qualification and consulting in DB Group with more than 1 000 employees. The stated goal of the procurement is the realization of an IT applicationon the basis of standard software that consistently supports the process and organization by means of workflows at all workplaces. In particular, the requirements from a data protection-compliant data management and data application must be observed.
The new IT landscape should at least, but not all, handle the business transactions and manage DB Trainingexclusively support, respectively improve in the following areas:
System-aided acquisition, control and processing of customer inquiries / requests along the business process of DB Training,
definition, calculation and management of the services of DB Training,
Planning, Scheduling and Preparation of the contents described by the product or performance definition,
- Mamanagement and control of participants in planned events,
- The management of the customer relationship from the customer inquiry to the detailed order as well as the performance and billing,
- The collection of accounting data necessary for performance in different business models,
- The transmission the billing data to the SAP system of the DB-Group.
The goal is a continuous order management from the customer inquiry to the initiation of the billing (customer inquiry, resource checking and reservation, quotation, placing of order, completion preparation including participant management, disposition, execution, feedback of the execution, collection of the billing data) and formalities requiredI am in order to check compliance with the conditions:
All documents, statements and proofs must be submitted together with the application for participation. A reference to earlier applications is inadmissible and leads to exclusion. As far as possible, the documents shall be ranked and named in accordance with the serial numbers used in the notice.
For the following ECertificates No. 1-4 are mandatory requirements. If the tenderer does not issue the required declarations, documents and certificates at all, incompletely or unconditionally, this leads to exclusion from the further award procedure.
1) Statements

The tenderer shall make the self-explanatory notes in 1.a.-o. by means of the duly completed and signed document "Bietereigenerklaerung" This document is attached to the tender dossier.
2) Submission of a certificate of incorporation not older than 12 months;
3) FProper submission of the application for participation;
4) Submission of the signed declaration of confidentiality.
The following proof of suitability no. 5 is a mandatory requirement. If the tenderer fails to submit the required document in full, incompletely or unconditionally, this will lead to the exclusion of the further award procedure.
