In a future target system It is desirable to have a comprehensive picture of the requirements of technical event production (Products, pervices, offers, production planning, control and implementation, quality assurance, billing, reporting) within the framework of a standard application with workflow and document management based on a standard database.

Messe Berlin is one of the top ten fastest growing companies in the world World with own event area. At the exhibition center in Berlin (Berlin ExpoCenter City) regular events take place including leading trade fairs such as the IFA, the ITB or other own events. In addition, various areas (including the Messe- und Kongresshalle CityCube Berlin) are rented for external events, congresses, conferences and other guest events.

The corporate group is internationally active and organizes with the-Help from over 85 foreign agencies worldwide, such as Asia Fruit Logistica in Hong Kong or CE China in Shenzhen. The Event Services (ES) business area offers a wide range of technical and commercial management services for the realization of events. Event Services is a competent business partner in a scalable technical event production withMulti-functional hall and off-road operation.

The Event Services offer includes technical advice, planning, execution and follow-up on products and services for technical event production.

Event Services also guarantees the fulfillment of defined operator and operator obligations.

In the future Target system is desired a moegTo achieve a comprehensive picture of the requirements of technical event production (products, services, offers, production planning, control and implementation, quality assurance, billing, reporting) within the framework of a standard application with workflow and document management based on a standard database.

The functional requirements of the desiredn IT system can be divided as follows:

4) Workflow system for the processes of technical event production;

5) Interfaces;

6) Monitoring and Reporting.
