Assignment of the PRA archive digitization service from microfilm reels and paper volumes and data indexing.

Transfer of documents contained in microfilm reels as well as an accessory service to scan paper records on an optical computer.

Main Site: At the headquarters of the Company and / or offices of ACI / ACI Informatica.

The contract has as objectthe transfer of documents contained in microfilm reels onto optical information media and the creation of an indexed digital archive of high quality images so as to allow the importation of the digitized images into the ACI Informatica consultation system, as well as the accessory service of scan paper records when scanning from mic coilsrofilm does not guarantee adequate legibility of the images obtained. For detailed information please refer to the tender documents. A) be registered for activities related to the service object of the tender in the Companies Register of C.C.I.A.A. of the province in which the Company has its headquarters, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i.

Have achieved in the last 3 financial years, approved at the date of publication of the notice, an overall average annual turnover not lowerto EUR 3 000 000.00, excluding VAT,

b) have achieved in the last 3 financial years, approved on the date of publication of the notice, a specific annual average turnover of not less than EUR 500 000.00, excluding VAT, for the type of services similar to those required, that is services of conversion to digital from analog support of sheets of paper, slides, films, radiographic plates, etc..
