The IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria is planning to commission an external service provider in the calendar year 2018 as part of the digitization of its files.

Main Site: 81541; Munich; additional services on a smaller scale in Ingolstadt, Rosenheim, Muehldorf, Weilheim and Feldkirchen-Westerham.

The IHK for Munich and ObeIn the course of digitizing its files, rbayern plans to commission an external service provider in the calendar year 2018.

The volume of documents to be scanned in 2018 (small quantities also in 2019, 2020 and 2021) is based on the number of folders reported by the departments:

- approx 6 000 registry files with about 2 125 000 sheets (about 60% double-sided),

- about 40 000 businessesApprox. 3, 600, 000 sheets (approx. 5% double-sided),

approx. 2, 500 inspection files with approx. 1, 075, 000 sheets (approx. 50% double-sided),

approx. 29, 800 company bags with approx. 4, 470 000 sheets (about 20% double-sided),

- about 46 000 trainee bags with about 322 000 sheets (about 20% double-sided).

The documents to be digitized are currently stapled together in folders or Haengeregister. The Papierformats amount to approx. 99% DIN A4 to DIN A3 and to approx. 1% smaller formats. Currently, all types of paper grades are stored in the folders - from thermo and carbon paper to thin cardboard (max weight 230 g / m).

The indexing of the folders should be based on the company or person ID (10 characters) or IHK system number (14 characters) and the indexing of the filesafter up to 5 document classes happen (trade law, examination, companies and trainees). In addition, a date entry per document is required (automated, latest date in type code). All data are to be output in suitable metadata files.

Three references for already successfully implemented, comparable projects for the digitization of files, of which at least one projectProof must be furnished to a public corporation or a public contracting authority.
