The TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) and TransnetBW GmbH (TNG) - hereinafter referred to as AG - plan two line projects (HGUe connection between Brunsbuettel and Grossgartach (BBPlG project 3) and HGUe connection between Wilster andGrafenrheinfeld (BBPlG project 4)) Both projects are planned in cooperation and summarized under the name SuedLink in the project reference. As part of the mapping for the planning approval according to - 21 NABEG over the entire length of the proposal road corridor habitat types and biotope type maps (LRT and BTT maps) as well as faunistic and floristic mappingfor individual species and on trial areas.

Mapping control service (lots 2, 3, 4). The Contractor shall provide the interface between the Principal and the Contractor throughout the entire duration of the project and shall assume all coordination and project management services.

Evidence shall be provided by the use of the attached sample (sbefore submission to the application form) and on presentation of the following documents:

- current extract from the commercial register (at the end of the period of participation not older than 3 months), - extract from the central industrial register (at the time of filing not older than 12 months),

- representation of the business organization (in particular locations of the company, owner structure),

- Self-declaration that exclusion reasons according to -- 123, 124 GWB are not available (use template)

Proof must be provided by submitting the enclosed sample (see attachment to the application form) and the following documents:

- Annual reports, annual accounts or similar 3 years must be submitted

- To protect the confidentiality of information of the orderIn the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) is to be concluded. In this context, the contracting authorities reserve the right to examine the candidates for a legitimate interest in the performance of the contract.

- The assignment of the contract is subject to the change in the contract at the time of the contractlegal provisions and / or regulatory frameworks, regulations and provisions.

- Every applicant, every member of an applicant community or any third party on whose eligibility an applicant or a member of an applicant association relies must not be subject to exclusion (see -- 123, 124 GWB). - Applicant Communities: The application as an applicant community is permitted. An applicant community is treated as a single applicant (- 50 (2) sentence 1 SektVO). As far as in the tender documents of applicants is spoken, so aremeant both individual applicants and applicant communities. The Applicant Community has to designate an authorized representative for the conclusion and the execution of the contract. The authorized representative is available as contact person for the bidding community in this award procedure.
