EU-wide tendering of transport services in exempted school traffic for St. Josefshaus Herten Betriebs-gGmbH
The total service is divided into 4 single lots. Specifically, it concerns the transport of disabled children / young people to the following facilities
Main site: County of Loerrach
The lot consists essentially of the following:
- The pick-up of the children / adolescents to be transported at the place of residence or meeting place,
- The promotion to the respective institution; Accompaniment to the door is not required,
- The pick-up at the respective facility and the transport back to the place of collection.
Lots 1 to 4:
- self-declaration on the total turnover of the tenderer,
- information from the bidder's bank,
- (self-) statement on solvency on separate request,
- self-declaration on the existence of a public liability insurance.
Regarding point I.3) 'Communication' : The processing of the award procedure takes place via the electronic allocation information system ELViS of the order platform subreport, The tender documents are available exclusively electronically via the corresponding project access on the aforementioned platform. A postal dispatch of the tender documents in paper form does not take place.
Regarding point I.3) "Communication; further information ": inquiries from applicants or tenderers in the context of this award procedure are exclusively electronic via the eleELViS on the subreport contract platform to the awarding authority. For this a (free) registration under the corresponding project access on the above mentioned allocation platform is necessary. Information in the course of the award procedure will also be provided by the awarding authority only in writing on the corresponding projectgranted on the above-mentioned allocation platform. Applicants / tenderers who have registered under the relevant project access to the above-mentioned awarding platform will be informed by e-mail of the existence of any candidate information.
The tendering authority therefore recommends that all interested companies submit their project access to the above-mentioned-Register (free of charge).

- collective bargaining agreement for the private bus industry in Baden-Wuerttemberg from 17.10.2005, last changed on 1.10.2016, in connection with the wage agreement for the private bus industry in Baden-Wuerttemberg from 9.3.2012, last changed on 16.12.2016, in connection with the collective bargaining agreement on benefits for the private bus industry Baden-Wuerttemberg from 4.7.1986, in connection with the collective agreement on the salary conversion according to the law for the improvement of company pensions (supplementary wage agreement to the WBO-Manteltarifvertrag) from 20.3.2002,
- district collective agreement for the municipal transport Baden-Wuerttemberg (BzTV-N BW) from 13.11. 2001, last changed on 12.2.2015.
