Antimycobacterials.

In-vivo ADME studies

Provision of services to fully investigate the in vivo ADME of an active substance.

Main Site: Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology e. V. (Hans Knoell Institute); Beutenbergstrasse 11a; 07745; Jena.

The subject of the process is the synthesis of a-14C-API, its formulation, distribution, balancing and metabolization studies as well as a radio-human study.

The following required explanations and information must be submitted:

a) Binding declaration in the application form form, that no exclusion criteria acc. - 123 Abs.1GWB and - 124 Abs. 1 and Abs. 2 GWB are present and that the applicant his obligation to pay Ste(b) Forms according to Thueringer Vergabegesetz (VgG).

c) Proof of the corresponding professional indemnity insurance coverage (pursuant to VgV - 45 (1) (3) (4) (2)) or, in the case of lower sums insured, an additional declaration by the insurance company about the willingness to increase the coverage amountin case of order.

d) Binding statement about the total turnover of the applicant in the last 3 years in Euro (according to - 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 and Abs. 4 No. 4 VgV)

The documents have to be submitted as follows:

1 ) All forms legally binding signed and stamped (exclusion criterion),

2) The application form and the reference form are mandatory.

The client behaelIf the step-by-step commissioning of the further phases of service is an option up to the conclusion of the service.

There is no legal claim to the transfer of the services.

The principal receives his subsidies in installments. Achieving phase-specific manufacturing results is a prerequisite for the full funding of the project.
