The market is a framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders which aims to bring the standards up to date.maintenance of hydrants in the commune of Saint-Leu.
Main Site: Municipality of Saint-Leu.
Framework agreement with purchase orders for the purpose of standardization and maintenance of hydrants. The services concern in particular:
Trenching, supply and laying of pipes, supply and installation of hydraulic and electromechanical equipment (fire hydrant, fire hydrant)), checking control, painting, signaling of hydrants, supply and installation of flexible tanks, road repair works.
This framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders, according to the needs of the contracting authority up to a maximum annual amount of EUR 25 000 (excluding VAT).
- a letter of application (DC1 or equivalent) stating whether theandidat is presented alone or in a group and in the latter case showing all the co-contractors. In case of grouping, the candidature is presented either by the members of the grouping or by the agent who will be explicitly indicated and which will justify that it has received the necessary authorizations to represent the members of the grouping,
- a declaration on the honor, duly completed and-signed by the candidate, to justify: - that he is not subject to any of the bidding prohibitions enumerated in Articles 45 and 48 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015,
- that it complies with the employment obligations of disabled workers provided for in Articles L. 5212-2 of the Labor Code to which employers with 20 or more employees are subject, complies with its tax and social obligations as of 31.12.2017,
- a document relating to the powers and indicating the name and the quality of the person authorized to engage the candidate (extract of K-Bis or equivalent, statutes, delegation of powers ...) .
- a statement concerning the overall turnover, realized during the last 3 years available,
- for the companies created recentlySince it can not provide turnover, the receipt of the filing at the business registration center will justify the absence of a statement of turnover.
