European open tender tender for the provision of cleaning services for municipal buildings for maintenance of public buildings on roads and green areas

The service provides for the optimization of cleaning services, maintenance of municipal buildings including schools, road maintenance and dethe related signage, of the public green, with the aim of guaranteeing a satisfactory standard in terms of quality, efficiency, completeness and punctuality of the interventions to be carried out. The entrusting of municipal buildings cleaning services, of maintenance of public buildings of roads and green areas.

Main Site: Etna Tremestieri.

Monitoring of all public buildings iidentifying the ordinary criticisms, also in relation to the previous maintenance interventions and planning the maintenance services necessary to safeguard public goods, without prejudice to unscheduled actions deriving from breakdowns or exceptional nature.

2) Roads maintenance

Accurate inspection of all the municipal road arteries, with the support of the Local Police, in order to-schedule urgent interventions.

Coordination activities with custodial staff and Local Police for urgent and unpredictable cases (road holes, gratings, failures, etc.), in order to avoid traffic accidents and any claims for damages from pitfalls and / or pitfalls .

High traffic areas will be identified in order to verify the emission levels in the atmosphere and impatto acoustic.

3) Road signs

As with the previous point, established jointly with the Local Police the state of the horizontal and vertical signs, we will provide the necessary maintenance interventions, taking care to prioritize the most traffic and dangerous sites.

4) Maintenance of the green area

There are countless sites used for public green areas and therefore a shortage will be requiredplanning to ensure satisfactory maintenance.

5) Cleaning services

Buildings belonging to the municipal heritage are excluded (excluding schools).

The premises subject to the service will be delivered, providing a program of interventions, for extensively described in the special contract documents. a) registration in the Register of Companies or Register prof the artisan enterprises pursuant to Law 25.1.1994, n. 82 and of the D.M. 7.7.1997, n. 274 for activities consistent with the aforementioned services entrusted with the assignment (see CSA All.A); the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, co. 3 of the Code, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

b) registration in the Register of Companies or Register of Provincial Artisan Enterprises pursuant to Law 25.1.1994, n. 82 and of the D.M. 7.7.1997, n. 274 with membership of at least the classification range up to € 206 583.00 pursuant to art. 3 of the aforementioned decree for cleaning services.
