Support services and spare parts supply and paraphernalia of platforms and carcasses.

Main Site: Ravenna

The oggetto of the present side consists of a collection of services and maintenance of spare parts and parasols of the platform and carcasses that are urginglocated in the operating sites of the Enforcement Authority in the central-northern district area.

The main activities that the Candidate must perform in full compliance with the regulations in force, primarily to protect workers' health and safety and safeguard the environment, are listed below by way of non-limiting indication.

Platform activities such as:

- maintenance e-testing of cranes and hoists and their functional components including, but not limited to: hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps, internal combustion engines, oil cooling systems, load limiters (both hardware and software), end-of-stroke systems, rotation, lifting and outreach, ropes and pulleys, braking systems, clutch and coupling systems, strutto (including the cabinet), load latch blocks, slewing ring, hydraulic / pneumatic / electric logic and control systems,

- load / overload tests using the Water Weights system (using water balloons),

- field maintenance activities by shift personnel (15/13),

- maintenance of cranes' thermal engines,

- small improvement interventions and modifica,

- support activities to the Customer in the verification phase with third party organizations.

Activities in On-shore power stations:

- maintenance and testing of overhead cranes and their functional components including, but not limited to: hydraulic motors, pumps hydraulic, electric motors, oil cooling systems, load limiters (both hardware and software), systemsend-of-travel, handling, lifting, ropes and pulleys, braking systems, clutch and coupling systems, structure, load coupling blocks, hydraulic / pneumatic / electric logic and control systems,

- load / overload tests by use of the sample weights,

- small improvement and modification interventions,

- support activities to the Client during the verification phase with-Third parties.

Workshop activities such as:

- general review of equipment and / or prefabrication,

- light metal structural work,

- precollauding crane activity in the workshop,

- overhaul of crane thermal engines.

Complementary activities such as:

- management and organization of the service,

- supply of materials on request,

- supply of vehicles and equipment,

- engineering for small migliorie and modifications,

- calculations for structural verifications,

- technical reports and certifications (eg Calculations of residual life and operability).

The cranes object of the work purpose refer to the following main Constructors:

- Italgru,

- Pellegrini,

- Casagrande,

- Link Belt.

As far as load limiters are concerned, about 80% of them refer to 3b6 - COBO equipment.The purpose of this work is to refer to the following main constructors:

- Prim,

- Italkrane,

- Bull,

- Nadotti,

- Smt Marine.

The gantries object of the scope of the work refer to the following main constructors:

- Prim,

- Samo,

- Italkrane,

- Nadotti,

- Costelmec,

- Construit service,

- Poclain.

The execution of these services will be carried out through technical teamsThe Contractor will be organized by the Contractor in a manner appropriate to the type of activities envisaged by the Client, which may cover one or more of the areas mentioned above.

The Contractor shall in particular handle all aspects of personnel logistics related to provision of services provided at offshore installations.

Faced with the present Call, the Ente Aggiudicathours will assign nr. 2 contracts.

The conditions for participation in this call for tenders are published on the client's profile on the web address: https: //esupplier.eni.com The candidate must give evidence, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, of his / her economic capacity and financial.

In this regard, the candidate must produce a copy of the financial statements at the same time as the application formapproved companies for the last 3 financial years and a self-declaration with an extract from the last 3 financial years. The newly formed companies, with the exception of those resulting from the merger / incorporation of pre-existing companies, must be able to provide a copy of at least one financial statement for the year prior to the date of this Call.In the case of Groupings of Companies, all the members must present their financial statements. In the case of Consortiums, the financial statements must be provided by both the Consortium and the individual consortium companies.

On the basis of the aforementioned financial statements, the Candidate, on pain of exclusion from the tender, must provide evidence of the achievement of an average annual Production Value of no less than 2 EUR 310 000.

In the sOnly if the Candidate is the head of a Group of Companies, the aforementioned value can be derived from the related consolidated financial statements. For the above purposes we mean:

- Group of Companies: a group of companies that are independent from the legal point of view but subject to a single economic entity

- Consolidated Financial Statements: final financial statement describing the situation andonomic, patrimonial and financial structure of a Business Group, elaborated by the company placed at the top (parent company) and drawn up according to the provisions of the law and in compliance with the accounting regulations in force

- Company balance sheet: final financial statement describing the economic situation, assets and liabilities of a company, individually considered, drawn up on the basis of the provisionslegal provisions and in compliance with current accounting standards.

In the case of Groupings of Companies and Consortia, as per art. 48 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016 n. 50, the aforementioned Production Value must be held to the extent indicated in art. 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016 n. 50.
