Open contract for maintenance and repair of air compressors, nitrogen production systems, generating sets and fire-fighting motor pumps for the Stogit sites in ITALY: Brugherio plant (Cinisello Balsamo MI ), Settala factory (Settala MI), Ripalta factory (Ripalta Cremasca CR), factory di Sergnano (Sergnano CR), Bordolano plant (Bordolano CR), Cortemaggiore plant (Cortemaggiore PC), Minerbio plant (Minerbio BO), Sabbioncello plant (Tresigallo FE), Fiume Treste plant (Cupello CH).

Others characteristics will be indicated in the tender documentation which will be sent by the contracting entity to the candidates whose request for pparticipation will comply with the requirements indicated in this notice.

Competitors must be enrolled in at least one of the commercial or professional requirements referred to in art. 83 and annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for activities coinciding with that covered by this contract.

The subjects indicated in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. I`mthe subjects indicated in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 to which the contracting authority will present a formal invitation.

Requests to participate which do not comply with the following mandatory requirements and which are not accompanied by the documents indicated below will not be admitted to the tender.

Only requests to participate accompanied by documentation will be acceptedand required in the attached form attached to the documentation accompanying this announcement.

All documentation must be signed by the legal representative (or by a person with the necessary powers), in compliance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree n. 445 / 2000.

The certificates must be presented in the original or a copy declared compliant with the original pursuant to and for the purposes of theArticles 19 and 47 of the Presidential Decree n. 445 / 2000.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

Only applications accompanied by the following documents and declarations will be accepted, on headed paper, drawn up pursuant to art. 46 and 47 pursuant to Presidential Decree n. 445/2000, signed by the legal representative (or by a person with the necessary powers), together with a copyphotostatic of a valid identity document of the subscriber, certifying:

1) n. 1 (a) bank reference issued by banking institutions or intermediaries authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 385/1993;

2) in order to ensure the suitability of the tender participant in terms of economic and financial capacity, having regard to the nature and amount of the supplies to beto designate and to the duration of the relative contracts, the number of operators involved, the annual global turnover of the participant, taken from the copy of the approved corporate financial statements for the years 2016-2017-2018 (or possibly of the auxiliary company in the event of use) ), is not less than 1 000 000.00 EUR / year (or currency equivalent in currency at the official exchange rate).

This requisit is required in order to ensure the participant`s suitability for the tender in terms of economic and financial capacity, having regard to the nature, relevance and amount of the services to be entrusted, as well as the duration of the relative contracts.

The companies recently formation, with the exception of those resulting from the merger / incorporation of pre-existing companies, must be in able to provide a copy of at least one filed financial statement for the year preceding the date of this announcement.

In the event of a temporary grouping of companies, the references referred to in point 1) must be owned by each individual company.

The requirement in point 2) may be jointly and severally among the participants of the grouping of companies in proportion to the share of execution.irsi in attachment A of this call for applications in e-business.
