British Council is seeking for Reliable and Capable suppliers for Facilities Management of British Council offices Across Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi

Main Site : Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, PAKISTAN.

British Council is seeking for reliable and capable suppliers for Facilities Management of British Council offices across Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. The service provider shall deliver the following services:

(i) property management and maintenance services (including planned preventative maintenance);

(ii) provision of manpower for helpdesk, mailroom, data entry, etc.,

(iii) residential property maintenance services;

(iv) mechanical, electrical and plumbing (office premises and diplomatic residences) building and allied equipment maintenance, mechanical and electrical services for the main premises and diplomatic residences;

(v) contract management of all AMC contracts including agreements, SLAs, maintenance schedule, scope, method statements, negotiations, etc.

Suppliers who wish to express an interest and take part in the tender process will be required to register on our e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil
