The details and specifications of the Lots are indicated in the Special Specifications. The contract may have a shorter duration if the forfeiture, revocation or modification of the in-house assignment occurATAC, as required by the Resolution of the Capitoline Assembly n. 47 of 15.11.2012 and subsequent amendments and additions, without the payment of any amount, by way of compensation, to the Contractor.

The total amount of 350 000.00 EUR is divided as follows: EUR 350 000.00 for the supply of n. 2 tractors for handling thetram, subject to tender discount

Registration in a commercial register (CCIAA) (declaration prepared in accordance with DGUE Part II section A).

The tender referred to in this announcement is the subject of the Provision of the General Manager no. 156 of 22.11.2018.

VI.3.2) ATAC S.p.A. it is configured among the subjectsreferred to in art. 3, letter e) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and this contract objectively falls within the scope of application of the so-called. Special sectors.

VI.3.7) The documents mentioned in points VI.3) can be downloaded from the Portal https: //atac.i-faber.com.

VI.3.8 ) Within the peremptory period prescribed in the previous point IV.2.2), with the telematic modalities specified in and in the art. 5 and 6 of the D.G.N.C., the administrative documentation (for the lot / s of participation) must be presented (instated in art. 8 of the D.G.N.C.), and the digital economic offer, signed with digital signature. Offers not signed with digital signature, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 52, paragraph 8 letter a) and of art. 83, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 will be excluded.

VI.3.11) The Contracting Authority is available to provide clarifications aimed at eliminating interpretative uncertainties of the notice and / or documentation referred to in it according to the procedures indicated in art. 21 of the DGNC. ATAC S.p.A. reserves the right to award the contract even if there is only one bid for each lot, provided it is accepted and valid and without prejudiceor assigned. 95, co. 12 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

VI.3.12) For the purposes of the award, reference should be made to art. 10 and 12 of the DGNC and any congressional verification.

VI.3.13) ATAC S.p.A. reserves the right to publish any amendments to this announcement according to the procedures set forth in art. 22 of DGNC.

VI.3.14) ATAC S.p.A. has been able to apply the provisions of art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, if it occurso the circumstances referred to in the standard.

VI.3.15) Payments relating to services rendered by the subcontractor must be made by the contractor, except as provided for in art. 105, paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

VI.3.16) The stipulation of the contract, for each lot, will take place within the period of 60 days, in accordance with the provisions of art. 32, co. 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 16.

VI.3.17) Pursuant to art. 216, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, publication costs are reimbursed to the contracting authority by the successful tenderer within 60 days of the award. For this contract the maximum estimated amount is € 17, 000.00 plus VAT.

VI.3.18) The tenderers and the Contracting Authorities accept and must respect the terms and conditions of the contract.in the Protocol of Legalization and in the Protocol of Integrity approved as per art. 26 and 27 of DGNC.
