The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement on loading and unloading Unloading of track rails with flat cars and special cars with different loading and unloading systems. Beside the eRequired equipment must also be provided to appropriate operating personnel and helpers. In addition, the provision of a traction vehicle incl. The following statements / proofs are in addition to those under III .1.1) to III.1.3) required:
FuIn the event that the applicant intends to employ subcontractors (NU) due to lack of or inadequate own capacity in relation to the criteria mentioned under III.1.3 (technical capacity) (NU in this sense are also affiliated companies):

Note 1:
Questions concerning the tender documents or the award procedure in such a timely manner that the client, taking into account internal voting pIt is possible to reply at least 6 working days before expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders or the submission of participation requests. The client reserves the right not to answer questions that are not answered on time or within less than 6 working days before the deadline for submission of the offer or the submission of the application for participation.
Note 2:
From 19.4.2017 findet the entire communication such as submission of offers / participation requests, request for additional documentation, award of contract according to sector regulation exclusively electronically via the allocation platform of the DB AG (eVergabe) instead.
