Open procedure for the provision of a radiogoniometer system.
The contract is for the supply of a radiogoniometer system, composed of a fixed radiogoniometer and a mobile radiogoniometer station, necessary for realization and harmonization of the monitoring system supplied to the National Center for Radiation EmissionsRome's Ioelectrics.

The Ministry, through the CNCER, has among its main institutional duties the supervision, monitoring and control of the electric radio spectrum in compliance with national and international regulations. (Ministerial Decree No. 158/2013 and Ministerial Decree 24.2.2017).
Participates, representing Italy, in the International Monitoring Systemthe International Monitoring System (IMS), a body established within the International Telecommunication Union - ITU, and together with similar stations in all member countries, conducts regular and / or extraordinary monitoring campaigns for the various frequency bands, in particular of the MF and HF, as well as to encourage international cooperation for the resolution dand the cases of interference.
To cope with these tasks, the CNCER has a sophisticated monitoring system that includes a network of antennas (rotary periodic logs HF, VHF and UHF, omnidirectional, goniometric, etc.), a park of radio receivers, spectrum analyzers, radiogoniometers and various instrumentation support, both at the fixed center and on the mobile laboratories opportuIn the endowment of equipment, the role of the fixed and mobile radiogoniometry system is particularly important.
The HF fixed radiogoniometer, dating back to about 30 years ago, has by now obsolete technical features compared to modern systems and it is more and more frequently subject to faults, now no longer repairable, thus making replacement necessarywith another of similar performances in order to ensure the continuity of the institutional tasks that the CNCER is called to guarantee also in the field of international collaboration with the similar IMS centers
The radiogoniometer on the Mobile 2 station, consisting of a shelter installed on the Fiat Ducato, dating back about 18 years ago, presents similar problems and also not responding tocurrent anti-pollution regulations. The contract therefore has for object the supply of a radiogoniometer system, composed of a fixed radiogoniometer and a mobile radiogoniometer station, with the minimum technical characteristics indicated in detail in the technical specifications.
