The application documents (including forms and forms) can be found on the Internet address given in point I.3). The application of the application documents is binding.

PL4. Proof of registration as a network operator with the Federal Network Agency and one in WIn the case of joint ventures, the eligibility requirements listed here apply mutatis mutandis to each and every member of the Applicant Community Applicants for a good reasonIf he does not provide the required proof, he can prove his efficiency by submitting other documents considered suitable by the VBL.

WL1. Self-declaration about the applicant's turnover in the last 3 completed business years. If the applicant does not exist for another 3 years, the sales figures for the period of existence must be given.

WL2. ownDeclaration on the annual turnover of the applicant for services comparable to the advertised services (multimedia supply) in the last 3 completed business years. If the candidate does not exist for more than 3 years, the sales figures for the period of validity must be given.

In the case of applicant associations, the eligibility requirements listed here applyIf a candidate can not provide the proof required for a valid reason, he / she can prove his or her ability to perform by submitting other documents deemed suitable by the VBL.

The VBL reserves the right to provide an economic information service about the candidate.

1. The application documents (Vordries and forms) can be called up under the Internet address given in section I.3). The application of the application documents is binding. If further information or clarifications on the part of the client should become necessary in the course of the award procedure, this additional information will also be published under the Internet address given there. The BewerIt is therefore necessary to regularly check whether further information has been published under the Internet address stated there. Registration with the tendering platform facilitates access and information about the candidate information.

2. Questions regarding the requirements of this announcement and the application documents should be submitted promptly, but no later than 21.3.2019 on the Communication function of the eVergabe platform (see point I.3 of this notice). The client reserves the right not to answer any further questions later.

3. The information contained in this announcement is for the sole purpose of giving the interested party an idea and of allowing a decision on participation in the procedure. Deviations and spReservations in the course of the negotiations are reserved.

4. Applications for participation must be sent electronically to the body designated in point I.3) via the tendering platform. By the end of the application deadline, the participation applications are encrypted, so that the client has no access to them. However, the tenderer is free to submit his request to participate until the deadlineedit and re-upload.

5. Foreign language certificates or declarations are generally to be considered only if they have been submitted with translation into German. The awarding authority may allow exceptions.

6. The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure for objective reasons. Compensation claims of the applicants and bidders are - as far as legally permissiblevinegar - excluded. By submitting the application, the candidate agrees.

7. Further tender documents as well as the award criteria will be issued after the entry of the competition.

8. The client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations (see - 17 (11) VgV). By the position ofParticipation application, the applicant undertakes to treat all documents that may have been sent to him confidentially and otherwise to safeguard the secret competition; this also applies with regard to the respective offer. The Principal, for its part, will use the Applicants' documents only for the purposes of the procedure.
