- Registration in the Register of Companies for activities related to supply in question, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, co. 3 Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- non-existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- compliance with the national labor contract and any territorial and / or company integrations and safety regulations in the workplace, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as all the legal obligations towards employees or partners,

- only for operators with registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the DM 4.5.1999 edto the D.M. 11.21.2001: authorization issued pursuant to Ministerial Decree 14.12.2010.
