Open procedure tender, entirely managed with telematic systems, for the assignment of the service.

The service of: The following is the object of the contract:

a) printing, after supplying of the card, of the coupons to be allocated to the issuing and sale of tickets, and of other forms of sales support;

b) delivery to the central warehouse / s of Trenitalia.

The economic operator as well as any auxiliary company and any subcontractors must meet the general requirements as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

1. Ex. 89, c. 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the use is not admitted for the requirement of paragraph III.1.3) letter c;

3. Trenitalia will carry out the vethe actual existence of the requisites referred to in paragraph III.1 above with regard to the best bidder. In case of a negative result, Trenitalia will proceed to its exclusion from the tender, to the forfeiture of the provisional deposit as well as to the ANAC notification and to the award in favor of the first of the competitors who follow in the ranking, subjected toor positive;

4. Trenitalia reserves the right to verify the actual existence of the requirements referred to in paragraph III.1 above also with regard to other bidders. In the event of a negative outcome, Trenitalia will proceed to their exclusion from the tender, the forfeiture of the provisional deposit and the notification to the ANAC;

5. Trenitalia reserves the right to proceed, prior to the awardingand, upon verification and possible exclusion of abnormally low tenders pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

6. Trenitalia reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the tender at any time on the basis of assessments of its own exclusive competence without the competitors having any rights or expectations whatsoever;

7. Trenitalia reserves the right to proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one offevalid rta;

8. Trenitalia reserves the right, in case of termination of the contract due to failure of the assignee, or of its failure, to contact the second classified in order to stipulate a new contract for the continuation of the services, under the same conditions already proposed at the time of the offer. The above until the list of validly formulated offers is exhaustedand;

9. Trenitalia reserves the right to exclude competitors for whom, according to their motivated assessment, there is no adequate professional reliability as they have been incurred in the last three years

i) in the resolution for non-fulfillment of contracts for works, services and supplies entrusted by contracting authorities Trenitalia or other FSI Group companies;

ii) in the failure psurrender, by own fact and fault, of works, supplies or services entrusted by Trenitalia or other FSI Group Company;

iii) in the declared non-tested works, services and supplies that are the subject of a contract with Trenitalia or other FSI Group Company;

iv) in the violation, during the execution of previous contracts or on the occasion of the participationand to previous tender procedures, one of the rules contained in the Code of Ethics of the FSI Group, ascertained by any means of proof by Trenitalia;

10. Trenitalia reserves the right to exclude offers presented by RTI consisting of 2 or more economic operators who individually possess the financial and technical requirements for participation if an analysis of the structure and dynamismthat the affected market or any other element detects a specific anti-competitive will of the companies involved

12. This announcement is published in GUUE, GURI, on the website of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport www.serviziocontrattipubblici.it, on www.acquistionline.trenitalia.it and on the newspapers: Corriere della Sera and La Repubblica.

14. Under the combiborn in accordance with paragraphs 2, lett. a) and 5, lett. a) of the art. 4 Legislative Decree 231/2002 as amended by Legislative Decree 192/2012, the payment terms are set within 60 days from receipt of the invoice;

15. The contract that regulates the contract subject of this procedure does not contain the arbitration clause;
