European open tender procedure for the assignment of a supply, to distributed deliveries, of paper for the INAIL printing house in Milan, through the conclusion of a framework agreement

Object of the contract and the supply, to deliveries distributed over a four-year period, of the peculiar types of paper andthe cardboard - intended for the creation, by the INAIL typography, of products through prints - indicated in the tender documents and more fully described in the technical specifications referred to in Annex 2 / A.

Four-year framework agreement for the supply of glossy and matte paper.

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of CommerceI, industry, crafts and agriculture, or in the register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in 'art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code of public contracts, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the Sin which it is established.
