Bankruptcy procedure through the Sintel telematic brokerage platform for the rental of the housing modules required for the Bresso base for a duration of 5 years. Reference Number: del 194/2019 of Bresso for the duration of 5 years with eventual final redemption, inclusive of the works of predearrangement of the land for installation.

The contract provides for:

- 5-year rental of the installed living units (possible redemption / uninstallation) and related installation work 515 000.00 EUR VAT,

- variations in course of contract 100 000.00 EUR VAT,

- possible technical extension 50 000.00 EUR VAT.

Minimum overall annual turnover for each of the last3 financial years available (2016, 2017 and 2018).

This tender is carried out according to the procedures indicated in the Tender specifications and in the special specifications. All tender documentation including any clarifications are published on the company website www.areu.lombardia .it in the section: Transparent administration - Tenders and contracts as well as on the Sintel platform of the Regionand Lombardy, which will be used for the completion of the tender in electronic form.

It is the responsibility of each competitor to check - before the deadline for submission of tenders - for any changes made to the documentation, which will be promptly published on the website of the healthcare company as well as on the Sintel platform mentioned above.

This procedure prit carries out the mandatory inspection on pain of exclusion on the day and time indicated in the Tender Regulations. Please note that the request for participation in the inspection must be received, only via the Sintel platform, by and no later than 2.9.2019, under penalty of exclusion.

This is an open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it is specified from now on that the contract will be awardedand even in the presence of only one valid offer, provided that it is deemed appropriate at the discretion of the contracting station.

During the completion of the procedure only the instrument will be used of the Sintel platform.
