Award of the organization of summer stays at the Tarquinia VT including surveillance and custody management for the three-year period 2020-2023 and repetition for another year

Award of the contract for the organization of summer stays at the of Tarquinia (VT) with contextual management, surveillance and custody of the three-year colony 2020-2023 with the possibility of repetitionsimilar services for an additional year

Organization and management of summer holidays for recreational, cultural and sporting holidays at the colony in favor of 390 minors for each summer season, aged between 7 and 12 years, children and orphans of the employees of the Prison administration to be carried out in (4) four consecutive shifts lasting 15 days and 14 nights. The periexecution period is expected, approximately, from June 15 to August 14 of each summer season.

Included in this contract, ordinary maintenance, surveillance and custody of the colony for the duration of the contract.

Registration in the register of companies, kept by the competent CCIAA (or professional state register if foreign), for the specific activity covered by thisand tender. For companies not resident in ITALY, the aforementioned registration must result from a special sworn declaration, accompanied by a translation in Italian, which must certify the registration itself in a similar professional or commercial register of the state of belonging (ex art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and Annex XVI).

The institution of the benefit is admitted, within the limits, ini and conditions of art. 89 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Subcontracting is not allowed. The winning company assumes all the traceability obligations of the financial flows pursuant to the Law of 13.8.2010, n.136 and subsequent amendments. Pending the stipulation of the contract, the body reserves the right to request the advance execution of the contract under the law.

For the purposes of the preliminary investigation, the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: see tender specifications.

The competitors allow the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments for needsze insolvency and contractual.

The costs of security from interference risks are equal to: see tender specifications.

With regard to the successful tenderer reimbursement of the advertising costs incurred and still to be incurred by the administration for this procedure, the following applies the provisions of paragraph 11 of article 216 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.
