There are no reasons forthe exclusions pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165 / 2001.

The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the Telematic System for the purchase of Poligrafico accessible to thewww.eproc.ipzs.it address, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; in order to participate, the interested economic operators will therefore have to previously and compulsorily register at the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the procedures described in the Competition Regulations. The duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106 c. 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the time strictly nenecessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the services provided for in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for Poligrafico. The provisions concerning the method of presentation of the required documentation, as well as the indications concerning the courseof the procedure, are contained in the announcement and the specifications of the tender to which reference is made. These documents can be found in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications regarding the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for participation in the tender, may be requested using the appropriate section--of the system for the tender in question. The requests, which must be formulated in Italian, must be received by 12 noon on 9.11.2018.
