1) Net sales of natural gas supplied to customers by the bidder with his own company or by the consortium with their respective companies each of the last 3 completed business years;
2) The BIf the tenderer / consortium is awarded the contract, the contractor or the consortium or at least one of them must be in possession of a public liability insurance.
1) Tenders must be submitted electronically via the online bidder portal of KfW (call: https: //ausschreibungen.kfw.de). More details is the application conditions in the Vergato remove documents. To submit an offer, the company in question must register as a bidder in the portal, log in there, enter all the required details in the registration fields provided by the online bidder assistant and then click on: "Finish offer", then "Text form according to - 126b BGB" and finally " Signing ";
2) A submission of the offer ist only possible if the bidder has completed all mandatory fields in the Bidder Assistant (applies to eligibility criteria, performance criteria and prices) and has actively acknowledged and provided all the contractual conditions / forms and attachments and bidders' submissions provided by KfW by opening and confirming them. For the sending of their offer bidders should therefore not underSchedule 1 hour;
3) The suitability of the bidders will be examined by KfW on the basis of self-explanations, which the bidders will enter in the input form of the online bidder assistant for the requested suitability requirements. The bidder, the consortium and any other company that the tenderer uses to demonstrate its suitability must prove that none of the exclusion criteria under - 123, 124 GWB bto submit a personal statement in the online bidder assistant.
