Supply of milk.

For each individual lot for which a provisional security deposit is involved, foreseen in the amount of 2% (2 per 100) of the total amount presumed to be based on an auction.

Budget own resources. Payment within the term of 60 days. from the day of the month of receipt of the invoice.

- registration in the business register for the activities involvedi the supply in question, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, co. 3 Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 D.Lgs. 50/2016,

- compliance with the national employment contract and any territorial and / or company integrations and safety regulations in the workplace, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as all compliance with the lawcomparisons of employees or associates;

- only for operators based, residing or domiciled in the countries included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001: authorization issued under the D.M. 14.12.2010.
