The object of the order is the delivery of medical and nursing needs in 5 lots for Muenchenstift GmbH.

The subject of the non-despatchable order is the delivery of examination gloves according to the VThe requirements for the care facilities of Muenchenstift GmbH are described in the delivery documents. The number of examination gloves requested by Muenchenstift GmbH is to be supplied by the contractor on request by Muenchenstift GmbH within the period specified in the tender documents.
The contractor has an internet-based shop available to the client free of chargeg, through which the customer can order the products at any time.
1) Self-declaration on the non-existence of the exclusion reasons stated in -- 123 Paragraphs 1 to 4, 124 Paragraph 1 Nos. 1-4, 7 and 8 GWB;
2) Submission of an extract from the professional or commercial register or, in the case of bidders from outside Germany, from a comparable register of the state in which the bidder is established ist, insofar as registration is provided for in accordance with the legal provisions of the state in which the bidder is established. The extract must reflect the current status and must not be older than 3 months at the time the offer is submitted. In the case of a bidding consortium, a corresponding extract must be submitted by each member of the bidding consortium.
1) The bidder's own declaration, dhe a liability insurance:
