Annual award of the supply of lubricants for buses of APAM Es exercise S.p.A. (CIG: 81962607B7)

The tender relates to the award for 12 months of the supply of the following lubricants, necessary for the operation of APAM Es exercise S.p.A buses: lubricating oil for diesel and methane engines, lubricating oil for automatic transmissions, lu oillubricant for mechanical transmissions, permanent coolant, multifunctional greases and bearing greases.

The tender relates to the annual award of the supply of the following lubricants, necessary for the operation of APAM Es exercise SpA buses:

A) lubricating oil for engines diesel and methane, for an estimated annual consumption of 16 200 kg;

B) lubricating oilfor automatic transmissions, for an estimated annual consumption of Kg 6 000;

C) lubricating oil for mechanical transmissions, for an estimated annual consumption of Kg 2 400;

D) permanent coolant, for an estimated annual consumption of Kg 16 600;

E) multifunctional greases, for presumed annual consumption of 45 kg and bearing greases, for presumed annual consumption of 45 kg.

SoPersons identified in art are not allowed to participate in this procedure. 45 and art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - General requirements 80, paragraph 1, letters a), b), c), d), e), f), g), paragraph 2, paragraph 4, paragraph 5, lett. a), b), c), d), e), f), g), h), i), l), m), as well as paragraph 7 and paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Professional eligibility requirements

Pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the participants must declare in the DGUE (single European tender document), that they have the registration in the CCIAA register not earlier than 6 (six) months from the date of completion of the tender for identical or similar activities to thatthe subject of the contract or, if not resident in ITALY, entry in a similar register of the state of belonging.

Requirements of economic and financial capacity

Pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, competitors must declare in the ESPD that they have achieved:

- a total turnover in the three-year period 2017-2019 of not less than 500, 000.00 EUR (five hundred thousand / 00 euros),

- one invoiceor specific average annual, relating to the supply of lubricants for heavy vehicles, not less than 140, 000.00 EUR (one hundred forty thousand / 00 euros), with reference to the three-year period 2017-2019.

The tenderer must also submit copies of the last three approved financial statements and complete with explanatory notes, to certify the possession of the aforementioned requirements.
