Supply and installation of a battery storage system for the supply of a rapid reserve service

The market consists of the provision of a system-based installation battery storage and carrying out civil engineering work and connection afferents.
Main Site: ZI Kaweni, Mamoudzou, Mayotte.
The object of the notice of march consists of a complete turnkey including:
1 - The supply of a set of storage lithium-ion batteries
2 - Works of civil engineering and electrical connection associated
The details of the services are indicated in the Project Description associated with this notice.
The candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifiedit does not enter into any of the bidding cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Ordinance n2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.
In case of application in the form of a group of companies, c.each member of the group provides the declaration of honor referred to above.
To assess their economic and financial capacity, candidates submit the following information or supporting documents:
1) Declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the market, covering at most-Last 3 years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available.
2) Balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet over the last 3 years, economic operators for whom the preparation of the balance sheet is obligatory by law;
3) Declaratiobanks or, where appropriate, proof of professional risk insurance.
If, for any valid reason, the applicant is unable to provide the required information and documents, he is entitled to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other appropriate means.
