The tender relates to the trustor of the service, as better specified in the attached projects.

The tender concerns the awarding of the service, as better specified in the attached projects.

L amount based on the tender and amounting to EUR 913 735.12 (nine hundred nine hundred and thirty-seven seven hundred and thirty-five / 12) plus VAT of which EUR 25 000.00 (twenty-five thousand euros / 00)for security charges arising from the DUVRI not subject to auction discount.

The cost of labor pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 amounts to EUR 30 000.00 (thirty thousand euros / 00)

In relation to the estimate of the detailed requirements in the project attached to this specification, the amount based on the tender was calculated on the basis of:

- of the Price List of the Puglia Regionof which in the DGR n. n. 905 of 7.6.2017,

- of the tables of the Ministry of Labor and social policies referring to the average hourly cost for employees of the metal-engineering sector, (tables 2017 adjustments to 2019 equal to 0.50% per annum),

- of market analysis. The subjects referred to in art. are admitted to participate in the tender procedure 45, paragraph 2, letters a), b) and c) of Legislative Decree 50/ 2016 (set up either individually or in a temporary grouping pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, letters d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50/2016), as well as the subjects of which art. 45, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 established in accordance with the legislation in force in the respective countries, under the conditions established by Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Applicants who intend to meet or consortia applythe provisions of art. 48 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

For the purchaseit is a requirement that the contracting station automatically acquires documents held by public administrations, subject to the indication by the economic operator of the indispensable elements for finding the information or data requested.

1) Due to the complexity, specificity and multidisciplinary nature of the subject of the contract and the need to ensure compliance with the lawthe performance targets as well as the expected timing, it is required that the competitor possesses the following economic and financial requisites:

a) overall turnover achieved in the last three financial years relating to the years 2016, 2017, 2018 not less than 1 800 000.00 EUR (excluding VAT);

b) specific turnover in the main service performedin the last three financial years 2016, 2017, 2018 as a whole not less than 750, 000.00 EUR excluding VAT. .

If the information on the turnover is not available, for the companies that have started the activity from less than tre years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity.

According to the art. 86, paragraph 4, of the Code the economic operator, who for well founded reasons is not able to present the required references can prove his economic and financial capacity by any other document considered suitable by the contracting station.

In case of temporary groupingof companies

The overall turnover requirement must be met by the group as a whole. The agent, in any case, must possess the requisite and perform the services for the most part.

The specific turnover required in the main service:

- in the case of horizontal RTIs, it must be owned by the group as a whole. The agent in oIn the event of a vertical RTI it must be possessed exclusively by the agent.

For the turnover:

The proof of the requirement and provided, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4 and all. XVII part I, of the Code.

- for corporations of capital through the approved budgets on the date of expiry of the term for the prexemption of the offers accompanied by the supplementary note,

- for economic operators constituted as individual companies or partnerships through the single Model or the VAT declaration,

- invoices for the specific turnover.

Payments will be made in the ways and the times specified in the special tender dossier.

The tender operations may be updated to another onera or to the following days and subsequent public meetings, if any, will take place at the same venue at the time and day that will be communicated with adequate notice to the competitors through the platform.

The inspection can be carried out until 11/15/2010.
